Better pizza starts with more heat. Our Round Pizza Steel is cut from a solid piece of 1/4" thick pickled & oiled carbon steel, designed to hold and transfer serious heat directly into your crust. The result is faster cooking, better browning, and that crispy bottom that's hard to achieve with a standard baking sheet or pizza stone.

This pizza steel arrives unseasoned and must be seasoned by the customer before its first use. Easy-to-follow seasoning and care instructions are included with every pizza steel.
